Not only did they recommend a fantastic local taxi service that made exploring Rome a breeze, but they also ensured our room was equipped with an ironing facility when we needed it, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The attention to detail in providing heating and air conditioning in the room made our stay exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to relax in a cozy sitting area after a day of sightseeing. The mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary toiletries, adding a luxurious touch to our experience. The proximity to top-rated restaurants like Spaghetteria L'Archetto and Gelateria Valentino made dining a delight. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Trevi - Gruppo Trevi Hotels excelled in offering a seamless blend of modern amenities and Italian hospitality, surpassing all my expectations.
